Information for Customers regarding the introduction of Tariff No. 4 for high-methane natural gas trading

Somosierra Commodities Sp. z o.o. (formerly Respect Energy Fuels Sp. z o.o.) hereby informs that by decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated August 13, 2026 (ref. no.: DRG.DRG-4.4212.11.2026.MŁa), Tariff No. 4 for high-methane natural gas trading has been approved.

Pursuant to Article 47(4) of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), Tariff No. 4 enters into force on September 1, 2026, and remains valid until July 31, 2027.

The tariff has been prepared in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular: Articles 44 and 45 of the Energy Law Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of March 15, 2018, on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in gas fuel trading (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 280, as amended).

Prices and fee rates have been calculated based on the justified costs of conducting the licensed business activity and comply with the tariff-setting principles specified in energy law regulations.

Tariff No.4

Information for Customers regarding the introduction of Tariff No. 3 for high-methane natural gas trading

The Company hereby that by decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated July 14, 2025 (ref. no.: DRG.DRG-4.4212.5.2025.DK), Tariff No. 3 for high-methane natural gas trading has been approved.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 47(4) of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997, Tariff No. 3 shall enter into force on August 1, 2025, and remain valid until July 31, 2026.

The Tariff has been prepared in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular: Articles 44 and 45 of the Energy Law Act, as well as the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of March 15, 2018, on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in gaseous fuel trading (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 280, as amended).

Prices and fee rates have been calculated based on justified costs of carrying out the licensed business activity and comply with the tariff-setting principles specified in energy law regulations.

Information on the introduction of Tariff No. 2 for high-methane natural gas trading

The Company hereby informs that on April 25, 2024, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office approved Tariff No. 2 for high-methane natural gas trading. Pursuant to Article 47(4) of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997, the Company introduces Tariff No. 2 for application as of June 9, 2024.

In settlements with gaseous fuel customers referred to in Article 62b(1)(2) of the Energy Law Act, during the period from January 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, the Enterprise applies—within the scope of gaseous fuel trading—a maximum gaseous fuel price of PLN 200.17/MWh and the standing charge in effect on January 1, 2022, pursuant to the Act of December 15, 2022, on Special Protection of Certain Gaseous Fuel Customers in 2023 and 2024 in Connection with the Situation on the Gas Market (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2687, as amended).

The Company informs that as of July 1, 2024, in settlements with customers, it applies gas prices specified in the approved Tariff No. 2 for high-methane natural gas trading.
